Thanks! After eight homebirths, I will experience a hospital birth for the first time in just a few weeks. I’ve never had to pack a bag before for birth, so your tips were great.

Bring sandals (if winter, wear with socks, won’t be cute but you’ll thank me) or a hard soled slipper to go home in. I took sneakers and my feet were so swollen I couldn’t even begin to get them on my feet
