We wanted another year and half to create a stable financial situation before we brought a child into the world and I could be a stay at home mother. We were surprised earlier this year by our news and it has been hard to grasp our situation. Glad to see others go through similar situations. Slowly we are getting excited.

I’m sorry you had to go through that, and like I said, I struggled with infertility myself for 15 months. But everyone is allowed to have the feelings they have, even if it hurts someone else’s feelings. It’s okay to not be excited about being pregnant.

I suffered multiple mis carriages and when friends would be complaining about being,pregnant again, I would crawl into a shell and cry. No one is have happy with what life throws at them.

And anyone who says otherwise should have their plans suddenly derailed and see what happens 🙂 Jack was an unexpected pregnancy, and it was really, really hard for me. It’s not that I didn’t want children – I did! Just not at that exact moment. I wish I could go back and tell that scared mom to be that all would be will. Because it always is. But it is a scary thing. I’m so glad you shared this <3
