Being a first-time mom always makes us feel worried, a lot of things to prepare but no experience. However, when it comes to the second birth, everything is different. We are more experienced, so that we definitely have basement not to worry too much. I think this is a common thought.

We had a hard time getting our daughter to sleep in her crib, since I held her all the time. I treasure those moments and do miss them now that she is much more mobile but with the next baby–but I definitely want to start good sleep habits from the beginning with our next child. I think it will be easier since we’ll have an older child to take care of as well.

I have definitely been way more lax with my 2nd one, it makes me scared to know how lax I’d be with a 3rd haha!

Omg I did not know much about car seat safety with my first and I was watching a video of my son in his car seat when he was like a year old…his straps were so loose one side was falling over. My soul cringed watching that. And I posted it on FB!!! Luckily no moms ripped me apart.

We transitioned EJ to his crib at around 3 months, and I’m so glad we did because he sleeps so well! We kept big sister in our room until about 5 or 6 months, haha!
