Amazing list… thanks for sharing my son is 15 months and I’m already thinking about this, but also waiting patiently.. It must be so nice for other parents like me starting out on this journey to know what they need..

Haha it's easier to wait when you only have one in diapers, though! Thanks, Katie!

All great tips! I recently heard about a little toilet insert that you can install onto your toilet which I thought was pretty cool. I also saw these little urinals that are supposed to be helpful for boys! haha. We didn't potty train Jack until he was three, but he pretty much did it in a day, so we were able to skip pull ups (except for for at night) and treats. We could have tried earlier and used more of those resources...but we are lazy :-D

Thanks, Ros! Yeah, the books were very helpful with our first since he hadn't ever seen anyone but us use the bathroom and we wanted to show him that kids use it, too!

These are all great essentials that I used as well to potty train my kids. It makes it so much easier to potty train and those Clorox wipes were my BBF, lol. I also used regular wipes because sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I never thought about buying potty training books but I do think it's a great idea for kids to learn and get comfortable with the idea of it.
