In reply to Alicia. I do it on their birthday, so for the age I put whatever age they're turning. You can do it however you want, though.

Curious if you interview based on their year in review or their new age? My son turns 6 tomorrow, so should I use this based on his answers as 5 years old and next year when he turns 7, ask him these questions as a 6 year old ? Hope this makes sense.
