Creamy Tomato and Parmesan Pasta

This creamy tomato and parmesan pasta is super easy and can be on the table in 25 minutes! A great meatless dinner idea for those busy weeknights!
  • 1 can Italian tomatoes, drained slightly
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ⅓ cup whipping cream
  • 8 oz penne
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook penne to al dente and drain
  2. While the penne is cooking, combine the tomatoes and basil in a frying pan on the stove. Cook on medium until it begins to thicken, about 15 minutes.
  3. Add whipping cream and Parmesan cheese, and cook for about 10 more minutes.
  4. Mix everything together and serve!
