I think it’s just a layer of felt sewn to a layer of plastic with rice and little things in the middle. She made it almost 4 years ago so I can’t say for sure!

Those are great ideas! We were playing outside today and I decided that there were probably a few more things we needed to carry now that it’s summer!! Also, little boys are THE CUTEST when they wear baseball caps!
