He has always been a super good pooper haha. And luckily the colic stopped at exactly 8 weeks! It was wild. He is a completely different baby now, and it’s so much easier! Thank goodness for alone time at night, right?!

Have you considered the possibility of lactose intolerance?

Motherhood is not always glamorous and easy. And taking note that there will be tough times is healthy. I remember when my first was a baby, I had a few (ok more) tough days where I just needed to put him in his crib where I knew he was safe so I could go sit on the couch for 10 minutes before diving in again!

Your mention of being touched-out definitely resonated with me. I haven’t locked myself away yet, but sometimes I really get sick of being clung to constantly! And usually when I start feeling that I look at my son’s little adorable face and want to hug him forever. Why is motherhood so conflicting?!
